Greendale SUPERSPAR Capital K will take place on Sun 22 Nov at Midmar Dam
All events will START at Munro Bay which is a short walk from the FINISH on the Main Slipway
Event 1 (3km) will take place on a 1 lap course (RED ROUTE)
Events 2-5 (1km) will take place on a 1 lap course (GREEN ROUTE)
Event 6 (500m) will take place on a 1 lap course (YELLOW ROUTE)
